Helping your Child Spread their Wings!

According to studies, kids with ADHD will receive a shocking 20,000 more negative messages than their peers by the time they reach age 12.

Too many children give up on themselves because they've been unfairly labeled as "bad,” “difficult,” or "unmotivated." I was one of those children, which is what motivated me to become a coach.

My main goal in coaching is to help children with ADHD and other children who struggle with executive functioning issues is to help them:

  • Remove those negative labels from themselves

  • Empower them to utilize their strengths

  • Understand their unique brain wiring

  • Develop tools and systems to overcome their executive functioning challenges

  • Increase self-awareness

  • Improve emotional regulation

  • Set and work towards goals
